Ubeen has born in 2019, from the interest of Esra Keskin Uzunkaya to design and painting. Esra, educated as an engineer, has a relationship with painting which goes all the way to her childhood. She mostly creates portraits from women, inspired by daily life, differences, history and art. She prefer to use watercolor, acrylic, ink and charcoal all together. To be able to stay in touch with art, fabrics are acting like canvas and thus art is being included in life. She also thinks the charcoal and brush marks from hand made designs are way more intimate rather than digital design works. All of her designs are handmade which can be used as bags, foulards and bandana and local production. The products are manufactured only from natural materials such as cotton and silk, at high quality and in limited editions.
